We live in the Midwest, where during the summer, we can find lots of fresh corn sold at cute stands along the road. The corn is abundant and tasty.
This dish is great for any night of the week because it’s easy to make and everyone enjoys it!
List of ingredients
Two tablespoons of butter In my recipes, I use salted.
2 teaspoons of honey and one 16 oz. bag of frozen corn
Two ounces of diced cream cheese.
A small amount of salt, about a quarter of a teaspoon.
A small amount, about a quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper.
