Chocolate Coating:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session until completely melted.
Remove balls from refrigerator and dip them one by one into melted chocolate using a fork, removing excess chocolate.
Cooling:
Return coated balls to baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
