Heavenly Pineapple Cheeseball
1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt
Season with 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
Chop 2 cups of pecans finely.
What You Need: Two tubs of cream cheese, preferably at room temperature but preferably softened.
The pineapple should be smashed and drained well.
One-fourth cup of green onions that have been chopped
1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped
1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt
Season with 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
Chop 2 cups of pecans finely.

To begin, whip the cream cheese until it’s completely smooth in a big bowl.
The veggies should be gently mixed together.
2. Next, incorporate the seasonings.
Combine with half a cup of pecans that have been chopped.
Third, roll or shape the cheese into a ball on a piece of plastic wrap.
Keep in the fridge for at least one more day.
Step four: Roll the ball in the remaining chopped pecans just before serving.
Arrange a variety of crackers around the ball after setting it in the middle of a platter.
