- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (Gruyère, mozzarella, or cheddar work well)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for a creamier texture)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
